What is coaching?

The sole focus of Coaching is to achieve optimum performance in the client and empower him or her to realise their full potential. Coaching delivers such powerful results because it generates new possibilities, new resources, and new strengths.

Coaching empowers individuals to take responsibilty for the levels of success and fulfilment they are willing to incite. If a person is mentally stretched to find answers and motivation from within themselves, they will ‘own’ their solution and be permanently transformed.

Who should have coaching?

• Individuals that are already working at a good level and want to be phenomenal. People who want to find and live their highest potential.

How would I benefit from coaching?

• You benefit in whatever way you want to benefit. It depends on your outcomes.

• Coaching is about getting phenomenal results.

• In the first session it is imperative to ascertain what your top 5 outcomes for coaching are. What do you specifically want? This question is often not asked until clients are taught the essential elements to understand in terms of the workings of the unconscious mind and the power of our thoughts.

• There is so much along the way that makes you realise the massive changes you have made, especially in the last session when you can look back and reflect upon where you’ve come from.

• You will set measurable goals that are a stretch and will blow the boundaries of your thinking. This will give you enormous momentum forward to achieve your goals.

Is phone coaching just as effective as face – to – face sessions?
 
• Both methods are highly effective.

• The style chosen depends upon individual preference, country of residence or other geographic challenges!

• Clients are free to combine face to face coaching with sessions over the phone.

• Everything is changeable, if we have a face to face scheduled and need to change it to a phone or vice versa that is certainly acceptable.

What are my greatest strengths as a coach?

• I connect and build a level of trust and safety with my clients very quickly.
• My coaching style allows clients come out of their shell, to say and admit things that they did not think possible
• I am highly intuitive
• I have a genuine love of people
• I always leave client’s feeling empowered, but allow them to experience the pain enough that they don’t want to experience it anymore

Is coaching like counseling?

Coaching is totally different to counseling or therapy. Coaching is accelerated change and the expectation from me is that you will your results and outcomes within 6-7 wks.

The framework around coaching is that you are already thought as being together and that you want to step up your performance to a new level. You do not need to be ‘fixed’.

You have different types of coaching, how do I know which coaching
is best for me?

I will help you with that. Once I know where you are at in your life, what result you are wanting and what your outcomes are, I will be able to point you in the right direction based on the information you have given me.
